Naseej Academy Grant for IFLA WLIC 2020

​Naseej Academy and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions Center for Arabic Speaking Libraries (IFLA–CASL) have the pleasure to announce the Naseej Academy Grant to attend the IFLA Annual Conference, which will be held this year in Dublin, Ireland, from 15 to 21 August 2020. The grant is available to librarians and information specialists from the Arab world who wish to attend the conference..

Priority in awarding the grant will be given to applicants presenting paper(s) or who have an active role during the conference. The winner will be decided jointly by Naseej Academy and IFLA–CASL.

The grant covers travel, accommodation and registration expenses for one person, up to the value of USD 2,000. The grant winner agrees to prepare a professional report documenting their participation in various activities at the conference, and describing how that participation will benefit their institution.

This grant is a valuable opportunity for a library professional who has an interest in the latest international trends affecting the libraries and information field and who is keen to communicate with library and information specialists and experts from all over the world.
